New Jersey High School Basketball - Shore Regional overwhelms Lakewood
January 26, 2024: Lakewood, NJ 08701 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Shore Regional Blue Devils (West Long Branch, NJ) and the host Lakewood Piners (Lakewood, NJ), saw Shore Regional's basketball squad wallop Lakewood by a tally of 69-35.
With the victory, Shore Regional improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host Donovan Catholic (Toms River, NJ) to play the Griffins in a Shore C challenge on Monday, January 29. The Griffins come into the challenge with a record of 12-3. Donovan Catholic won 64-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Toms River South (Toms River, NJ)
Next up, the Piners play the Central Jersey College Prep (Somerset, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 29. Lakewood will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record.
