The Tri-Center Trojans basketball team scored 28 points and restricted the host Missouri Valley Big Reds to 25 in the Trojans league victory on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Underwood for a Western Iowa contest on Monday, January 29. Tri-Center will battle a Eagles team coming off a 32-29 league loss to AHSTW (Avoca, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-8.

The Big Reds (2-13) will now prepare for their contest against Treynor (Treynor, IA). The Cardinals come into the Western Iowa bout with a 10-4 record. In their last bout, Treynor held off IKM/Manning (Manning, IA), 70-29, in a league bout.
