Ohio High School Basketball - Waterloo overwhelms McKinley
January 27, 2022: Atwater, OH 44201 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Waterloo Vikings (Atwater, OH) and the visiting McKinley Trojans (Sebring, OH), saw Waterloo's basketball squad wallop McKinley by a tally of 47-13.
With the victory, Waterloo improves its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Vikings host Jackson-Milton (North Jackson, OH) to confront the Bluejays in a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet challenge on Monday, January 31. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a record of 9-6. Jackson-Milton lost 43-38 in their recent league challenge against McDonald (McDonald, OH)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Mineral Ridge Rams (Mineral Ridge, OH) in a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet challenge, on Monday, January 31. McKinley will attempt to improve on its 2-12 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 2-14 record after their 62-41 league loss to Western Reserve (Berlin Center, OH).
