Maryland High School Basketball - New Town crushes Chesapeake
January 27, 2023: Owings Mills, MD 21117 New Town (Owings Mills, MD) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Chesapeake Bay Hawks (Baltimore, MD), 70-22 in a league bout.
With the victory, New Town upgrades its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The host Dover (Dover, DE) to play the Senators in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 28. The Senators come into the bout with a record of 10-5. Dover won 78-72 in their recent league bout against Smyrna (Smyrna, DE)
Next up, the Bay Hawks play the Green Street Academy Chargers (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 6. Chesapeake will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record.
