The Pace Vikings basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Donna Redskins to 42 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now sport a 21-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Weslaco East for a 5A Region IV District 32 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Pace will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 66-64 league win over Mercedes (Mercedes, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 19-11.

The Redskins (6-18) will now prepare for their contest against Edcouch-Elsa (Edcouch, TX). The Yellowjackets enter the 5A Region IV District 32 contest with a 11-20 record.
