The Huron River Rats basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Lincoln Railsplitters to 35 in the River Rats league triumph on Friday.

The River Rats now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saline for a Southeastern - Red contest on Tuesday, January 31. Huron will battle a Hornets team coming off a 57-47 league win over Bedford (Temperance, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 9-3.

The Railsplitters (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI). The Eagles enter the Southeastern - Red contest with a 5-5 record.
