The Linn-Mar Lions basketball team (Marion, IA), was toppled 76-63 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Waterloo West Wahawks (Waterloo, IA)

The Wahawks now possess a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cedar Falls for a non-league battle on Friday, February 3.

The Lions (5-10) will now prepare for their battle against Washington (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Warriors come into the Mississippi Valley battle with a 9-12 record.
