In Friday's league outing, the Poland Seminary Bulldogs (Poland, OH) basketball squad edged the visiting McKinley Red Dragons (Niles, OH), by a margin of 37-34.

The Bulldogs (7-10) will now prepare for their outing against Struthers (Struthers, OH). The Wildcats go into the Northeast 8 outing with a 10-6 record. In their last outing, Struthers held off Hubbard (Hubbard, OH), 70-57, in a league outing.

The Red Dragons now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Hubbard for a Northeast 8 outing on Tuesday, January 31. McKinley will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 70-57 league loss to Struthers (Struthers, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 3-14.
