Texas High School Basketball - Bells holds off Howe

January 27, 2023: Bells, TX 75414

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Bells Panthers (Bells, TX) and the visiting Howe Bulldogs (Howe, TX), saw Bells's basketball squad hold off Howe by a tally of 45-38.

With the victory, Bells improves its record to 20-11 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Bonham (Bonham, TX) to confront the Warriors in a 3A Region II District 11 challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 1-15. Bonham lost 61-17 in their recent league challenge against Pottsboro (Pottsboro, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Gunter Tigers (Gunter, TX) in a 3A Region II District 11 challenge, on Monday, January 30. Howe will attempt to improve on its 4-15 season record.
