January 27, 2025: Marengo, IA 52301 The Iowa Valley Tigers (Marengo, IA) basketball crushed the visiting Cedar Valley Christian Huskies (Cedar Rapids, IA), 64-5 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 5-13 record. They play next when they travel to Belle Plaine for a South Iowa Cedar bout on Friday, January 31. Iowa Valley will play a Plainsmen team coming off a 51-4 league loss to Sigourney (Sigourney, IA). The Plainsmen record now stands at 1-16.
With the loss, Cedar Valley Christian falls to 0-14 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Colo-NESCO (Colo, IA) to play the Royals in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 30.
