California High School Basketball - West bests Foothill

The West Vikings basketball squad scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Foothill Trojans to 52 in the Vikings non-league win on Tuesday.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Mira Monte Lions (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, January 28. West will attempt to upgrade on its 7-14 season record. The Lions come into the outing with a 13-9 record after their 86-56 league win over Foothill (Bakersfield, CA).

The Trojans (3-19) will now prepare for their bout against Del Oro (Bakersfield, CA). The Suns go into the South Yosemite - Horizon bout with a 12-10 record. In their last bout, Del Oro was beaten by Centennial (Bakersfield, CA), 77-43, in a non-league test.
