The Bald Eagle Area Bald Eagles (Wingate, PA) basketball nipped the visiting Penns Valley Area Rams (Spring Mills, PA), 33-32 in Friday's league test.

The Bald Eagles (6-11) will now prepare for their test against Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA). The Golden Tigers go into the Mountain test with a 7-11 record. In their last test, Hollidaysburg was tipped by Bellefonte (Bellefonte, PA), 67-51, in a league test.

The Rams now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Philipsburg-Osceola for a Mountain test on Monday, January 31. Penns Valley Area will encounter a Mountaineers squad coming off a 58-56 league loss to Clearfield (Clearfield, PA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 10-5.
