The Fort Bend Marshall Buffalos basketball team scored 96 points and restricted the host Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes to 64 in the Buffalos league victory on Friday.

The Buffalos now sport a 22-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Bend Willowridge for a 5A Region III District 24 contest on Tuesday, February 1. Fort Bend Marshall will battle a Eagles team coming off a 63-52 league loss to Terry (Rosenberg, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 8-19.

The Hurricanes (20-9) will now prepare for their contest against Foster (Richmond, TX). The Falcons come into the 5A Region III District 24 contest with a 12-9 record. In their last contest, Foster triumphed over Fort Bend Kempner (Sugar Land, TX), 62-56, in a league contest.
