New Jersey High School Basketball - Blair Academy trounces George School
January 28, 2023: Blairstown, NJ 07825 The Blair Academy Bucs (Blairstown, NJ) basketball crushed the visiting George School Cougars (Newtown, PA), 95-65 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bucs (9-2) will now prepare for their test against Phelps (Malvern, PA). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Phelps walloped Cross Christian Academy (Seaford, DE), 123-75, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 16-5 record. They play next when they host Abington Friends for a Friends Schools test on Tuesday, January 31. George School will encounter a squad coming off a 64-49 league win over Germantown Friends (Philadelphia, PA). The record now stands at 9-7.
