Indiana High School Basketball - North Decatur edges East Central

January 28, 2023: Greensburg, IN 47240

The North Decatur Chargers (Greensburg, IN) basketball nipped the visiting East Central Trojans (St. Leon, IN), 52-47 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Chargers (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Waldron (Waldron, IN). The Mohawks go into the Mid-Hoosier test with a 8-8 record. In their last test, Waldron got by Southwestern (Shelbyville, IN), 53-36, in a league test.

The Trojans now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Lawrenceburg for a Eastern Indiana outing on Thursday, February 2. East Central will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 52-42 non-league win over South Ripley (Versailles, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 13-4.
