West Virginia High School Basketball - Ripley overwhelms Riverside

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Ripley Vikings (Ripley, WV) and the visiting Riverside Warriors (Belle, WV), saw Ripley's basketball squad wallop Riverside by a tally of 90-41.

With the victory, Ripley improves its record to 14-0 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to St. Albans (St. Albans, WV) to confront the Red Dragons in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Red Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 8-7. St. Albans won 67-60 in their recent non-league challenge against Poca (Poca, WV)

Next up, the Warriors confront the Oak Hill Red Devils (Oak Hill, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Riverside will attempt to improve on its 1-16 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 65-63 non-league loss to Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV).
