Frankfort Falcons (Ridgeley, WV) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Fort Hill Sentinels (Cumberland, MD), 36-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Frankfort upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Falcons travel to Hampshire (Romney, WV) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 7-6. Hampshire won 53-37 in their recent non-league bout against Moorefield (Moorefield, WV)

Next up, the Sentinels play the Preston Knights (Kingwood, WV) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. Fort Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 6-12 record after their 53-35 non-league loss to Brooke (Wellsburg, WV).
