The Poly Parrots bounced the host Monroe Vikings basketball squad by a final score of 86-31 in Wednesday's league outing.

Next, the Parrots clash with the Verdugo Hills Dons (Tujunga, CA) in a East Valley outing, on Friday, January 31. Poly will attempt to upgrade on its 12-9 season record. The Dons come into the outing with a 11-10 record after their 78-64 league loss to Arleta (Arleta, CA).

The Vikings (2-13) will now prepare for their outing against Grant (Van Nuys, CA). The Lancers come into the East Valley outing with a 9-10 record. In their last outing, Grant routed North Hollywood (North Hollywood, CA), 68-31, in a league outing.
