Wisconsin High School Basketball - East Troy nips Brodhead
January 30, 2024: East Troy, WI 53120 East Troy Trojans (East Troy, WI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Brodhead Cardinals (Brodhead, WI), 62-57 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, East Troy upgrades its record to 4-12 on the campaign. The Trojans host Edgerton (Edgerton, WI) to play the Crimson Tide in a Rock Valley - Rock bout on Friday, February 2. The Crimson Tide come into the bout with a record of 12-5. Edgerton won 71-56 in their recent non-league bout against Delavan-Darien (Delavan, WI)
Next up, the Cardinals play the Jefferson Eagles (Jefferson, WI) in a Rock Valley - Valley bout, on Friday, February 2. Brodhead will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 77-67 non-league win over Evansville (Evansville, WI).
