February 22, 2024: Monroe, WI 53566 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Monroe Cheesemakers (Monroe, WI) and the visiting East Troy Trojans (East Troy, WI), saw Monroe's basketball squad overcome East Troy by a tally of 77-57.
With the victory, Monroe improves its record to 17-7 on the campaign. The Cheesemakers host Monona Grove (Monona, WI) to confront the Silver Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 1. The Silver Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 13-11. Monona Grove lost 64-61 in their recent league challenge against DeForest (DeForest, WI)
Next up, the Trojans confront the Luther Prep Phoenix (Watertown, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 27. East Troy will attempt to improve on its 4-18 season record. The Phoenix come into the challenge with a 16-7 record after their 57-55 league win over Heritage Christian (New Berlin, WI).
