Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Gainesville Red Elephants (Gainesville, GA) and the host North Forsyth Raiders (Cumming, GA), saw Gainesville's basketball squad wallop North Forsyth by a tally of 61-40.

With the victory, Gainesville improves its record to 9-13 on the season. The Red Elephants travel to Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA) to encounter the Longhorns in a AAAAAA Region 8 test on Friday, February 2. The Longhorns go into the test with a record of 9-13. Lanier lost 70-65 in their recent league test against Shiloh (Snellville, GA)
