The Royals now sport a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Union for a 2A Region 1 battle on Wednesday, January 31. New Site will battle a Urchins team coming off a 75-48 league win over Hamilton (Hamilton, MS). The Urchins record now stands at 14-9.
The Wildcats (13-10) will now prepare for their battle against Hamilton (Hamilton, MS). The Lions come into the 2A Region 1 battle with a 10-6 record. In their last battle, Hamilton was routed by East Union (Blue Springs, MS), 75-48, in a league battle.
