The Southwest Guilford Cowboys basketball team scored 91 points and held the visiting Western Guilford Hornets to 68 in the Cowboys league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cowboys now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Forsyth for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 31. Southwest Guilford will battle a Eagles team coming off a 81-65 league loss to Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 9-9.

The Hornets (1-17) will now prepare for their contest against Page (Greensboro, NC). The Pirates enter the 4A Metro contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Page triumphed over Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC), 63-50, in a league contest.
