In Tuesday's league outing, the Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC), by a margin of 61-35.

The Mustangs (16-3) will now prepare for their outing against Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC). The Golden Hawks go into the 4A Southeast Wake outing with a 4-15 record. In their last outing, Holly Springs was trounced by Green Hope (Cary, NC), 59-54, in a league outing.
