The Red Springs Red Devils (Red Springs, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting West Bladen Knights (Bladenboro, NC), 44-33 in Tuesday's league test.

The Red Devils (4-13) will now prepare for their test against St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Southeastern test with a 11-4 record. In their last test, St. Pauls notched a victory over Midway (Dunn, NC), 60-29, in a league test.

The Knights now own a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Clinton for a 2A Southeastern test on Friday, February 2. West Bladen will encounter a Dark Horses squad coming off a 58-25 league loss to Fairmont (Fairmont, NC). The Dark Horses record now stands at 10-6.
