In Thursday's league test, the Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles (Shelby, NC) basketball squad defeated the host Veritas Christian Academy Warriors (Arden, NC), by a final score of 63-45.

Next, the Eagles clash with the Nebo Crossing Academy Bulldogs (Nebo, NC) in a Western Piedmont test, on Monday, February 3. Pinnacle Classical Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 0-10 record after their 1-0 league loss to Challenger (Hickory, NC).

The Warriors (10-7) will now prepare for their test against Gospel Light Christian (Walkertown, NC). The come into the non-league test with a 18-8 record. In their last test, Gospel Light Christian overcame Asheboro Hybrid Academy (Asheboro, NC), 79-58, in a league test.
