The Guyer Wildcats basketball squad (Denton, TX), was crushed 72-48 in Friday's league battle with the host Marcus Marauders (Flower Mound, TX)

With the victory, Marcus advances its record to 15-13 on the year. The Marauders travel to Flower Mound (Flower Mound, TX) to encounter the Jaguars in a 6A Region I District 5 challenge on Tuesday, February 3. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 14-14. Flower Mound lost 56-45 in their recent league battle against Braswell (Little Elm, TX)
