North Carolina High School Basketball - Apprentice Academy overwhelmed by Queen's Grant

The Apprentice Academy Red Wolves basketball team (Monroe, NC), was routed 96-48 in Monday's league battle with the host Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC)

The Stallions now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sugar Creek for a 1A Conference 38 battle on Wednesday, February 2. Queen's Grant will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 66-56 league loss to Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-7.

The Red Wolves (1-15) will now prepare for their battle against Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Comets come into the 1A Conference 38 battle with a 9-8 record. In their last battle, Carolina International trounced Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC), 63-62, in a league battle.
