In Tuesday's league match, the visiting West Rowan Falcons basketball team scored a tight 56-53 triumph over the Lake Norman Charter Knights.

In their next game, the Falcons meet the Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) in a 3A Conference 48 match, on Friday, February 3. West Rowan will attempt to improve on its 14-6 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 21-0 record after their 83-35 league win over East Rowan (Salisbury, NC).
