The Lumpkin County Indians basketball team (Dahlonega, GA), was nudged 64-59 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Pickens Dragons (Jasper, GA)

The Dragons now possess a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host White County for a AAA Region 7 battle on Friday, February 3. Pickens will confront a Warriors team coming off a 79-50 league loss to Gilmer (Ellijay, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 12-10.

The Indians (4-19) will now prepare for their battle against Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA). The Tigers come into the AAA Region 7 battle with a 8-14 record. In their last battle, Dawson County edged Pickens (Jasper, GA), 59-54, in a league battle.
