The Richfield Spartans basketball team (Richfield, MN), dropped 51-42 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Fridley Tigers (Fridley, MN)

The Tigers now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Robbinsdale Cooper for a AAAA Section 6 battle on Friday, February 3. Fridley will battle a Hawks team coming off a 69-48 league win over DeLaSalle (Minneapolis, MN). The Hawks record now stands at 14-4.
