In Wednesday's league outing, the McDowell Titans (Marion, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Erwin Warriors (Asheville, NC), by a margin of 63-28.

The Titans (15-3) will now prepare for their outing against North Buncombe (Weaverville, NC). The Black Hawks go into the 3A/4A Mountain outing with a 12-5 record. In their last outing, North Buncombe smashed T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC), 33-28, in a league outing.
