Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Ishpeming Hematites (Ishpeming, MI) and the visiting Gwinn Modeltowners (Gwinn, MI), saw Ishpeming's basketball squad wallop Gwinn by a tally of 73-33.

With the victory, Ishpeming improves its record to 13-0 on the campaign. The Hematites host Munising (Munising, MI) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 3.
