Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Ridgway overwhelms Kane
January 31, 2024: Ridgway, PA 15853 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Ridgway Elker (Ridgway, PA) and the visiting Kane Wolves (Kane, PA), saw Ridgway's basketball squad wallop Kane by a tally of 60-33.
With the victory, Ridgway improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Elker host Eisenhower (Russell, PA) to play the Knights in a District 10 Region 3 challenge on Friday, February 2. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. Eisenhower lost 43-31 in their recent league challenge against North East (North East, PA)
Next up, the Wolves play the Clarion Area Bobcats (Clarion, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 1. Kane will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 45-30 non-league win over Brookville (Brookville, PA).
