January 31, 2025: Bigfork, MN 56628 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Bigfork Huskies (Bigfork, MN) and the visiting Nashwauk-Keewatin Spartans (Nashwauk, MN), observed Bigfork's basketball team overwhelm Nashwauk-Keewatin by a margin of 65-44.
The Huskies (7-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Littlefork-Big Falls (Littlefork, MN). The Vikings come into the A Section 7 challenge with a 13-4 record. In their last challenge, Littlefork-Big Falls was trounced by Warroad (Warroad, MN), 82-74, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Barnum Bombers (Barnum, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Nashwauk-Keewatin will attempt to better on its 5-9 season record. The Bombers come into the challenge with a 13-6 record after their 78-71 non-league loss to East Central (Sandstone, MN).
