Northeast Guilford Rams (McLeansville, NC) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC), 61-38 in a league match.

With the victory, Northeast Guilford advances its record to 14-4 on the year. The Rams travel to Dudley (Greensboro, NC) to face the Panthers in a 3A Mid-State match on Tuesday, February 4. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 12-6. Dudley won 61-47 in their recent league match against Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC)

The Bison now own a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rockingham County for a 3A Mid-State match on Tuesday, February 4. High Point Central will face a Cougars squad coming off a 98-62 league win over Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 10-7.
