The Mifflin Punchers (Columbus, OH) basketball edged the visiting Linden-McKinley Panthers (Columbus, OH), 56-50 in Friday's league bout.

The Punchers now possess a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to East for a Columbus City - North bout on Tuesday, February 4. Mifflin will play a Tigers team coming off a 58-56 non-league loss to Franklin Heights (Columbus, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 7-9.

With the loss, Linden-McKinley falls to 7-12 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Maumee Valley Country Day (Toledo, OH) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1.
