Iowa High School Basketball - North Linn triumphant over Maquoketa Valley
January 31, 2025: Delhi, IA 52223 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the North Linn Lynx (Troy Mills, IA) and the host Maquoketa Valley Wildcats (Delhi, IA), observed North Linn's basketball team overwhelm Maquoketa Valley by a score of 68-43.
The Lynx (16-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Starmont (Arlington, IA). The Stars come into the Tri-Rivers challenge with a 6-13 record. In their last challenge, Starmont was routed by Edgewood-Colesburg (Edgewood, IA), 50-41, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the North Cedar Knights (Stanwood, IA) in a Tri-Rivers challenge, on Monday, February 3. Maquoketa Valley will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 0-17 record after their 83-32 league loss to Lisbon (Lisbon, IA).
