With the victory, Pioneer improves its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA) to confront the Pirates in a challenge on Friday, February 3. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 7-10. Piedmont Hills lost 53-37 in their recent league challenge against Leigh (San Jose, CA)
Next up, the 76ers confront the Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, February 3. Independence will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 6-11 record after their 61-42 league loss to Lincoln (San Jose, CA).
