The Highland Prep Honey Badgers (Surprise, AZ) basketball crushed the visiting BASIS Phoenix Firebirds (Phoenix, AZ), 59-18 in Thursday's league test.

The Honey Badgers (13-10) will now prepare for their test against Northland Prep Academy (Flagstaff, AZ). The Spartans go into the 2A Central test with a 12-13 record. In their last test, Northland Prep Academy walloped Red Rock (Sedona, AZ), 81-24, in a non-league test.
