February 1, 2024: Glendale, AZ 85306 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Thunderbird Titans (Phoenix, AZ) and the host Cactus Cobras (Glendale, AZ), saw Thunderbird's basketball squad hold off Cactus by a tally of 30-29.
With the victory, Thunderbird improves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Titans host Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ) to confront the Scorpions in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Scorpions come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Desert Edge lost 45-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ)
Next up, the Cobras confront the Dysart Demons (El Mirage, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Cactus will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Demons come into the challenge with a 8-6 record after their 25-22 league loss to Vista Grande (Casa Grande, AZ).
