Georgia High School Basketball - Apalachee nips Loganville
February 1, 2025: Winder, GA 30680 The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA) and the visiting Loganville Red Devils (Loganville, GA), observed Apalachee's basketball team edge Loganville by a margin of 50-43.
The Wildcats (13-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Winder-Barrow (Winder, GA). The Bulldoggs come into the AAAAA Region 8 challenge with a 21-2 record. In their last challenge, Winder-Barrow edged Loganville (Loganville, GA), 70-42, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Red Devils battle the Alcovy Tigers (Covington, GA) in a AAAAA Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Loganville will attempt to better on its 11-9 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 15-8 record after their 72-39 league loss to Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA).
