Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Sun Valley victorious over Avon Grove
February 1, 2025: West Grove, PA 19390 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Sun Valley Vanguards basketball team scored a good 64-47 triumph over the Avon Grove Red Devils.
The Vanguards (17-4) will now prepare for their contest against Bayard Rustin (West Chester, PA). The Golden Knights go into the Ches-Mont - American contest with a 8-13 record. In their last contest, Bayard Rustin topped Upper Merion Area (King of Prussia, PA), 55-51, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Red Devils battle the Downingtown West Whippets (Downingtown, PA) in a Ches-Mont - National contest, on Monday, February 3. Avon Grove will attempt to better on its 5-13 season record. The Whippets go into the contest with a 12-8 record after their 65-41 league win over East (West Chester, PA).
