Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bethel Park toppled by Mt. Lebanon
February 1, 2025: Pittsburgh, PA 15228 Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils (Pittsburgh, PA) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Bethel Park Black Hawks (Bethel Park, PA), 64-45 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Mt. Lebanon advances its record to 13-6 on the year. The Blue Devils host Imani Christian Academy (Pittsburgh, PA) to face the Saints in a WPIAL 6A 2 match on Tuesday, February 4. The Saints enter the match with a record of 12-6. Imani Christian Academy won 63-58 in their recent league match against Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA)
The Black Hawks now own a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Baldwin for a WPIAL 5A 3 match on Tuesday, February 4. Bethel Park will face a Highlanders squad coming off a 72-41 league win over Ringgold (Monongahela, PA). The Highlanders record now stands at 18-1.
