Illinois High School Basketball - Lincoln-Way Central victorious over Neuqua Valley
February 1, 2025: New Lenox, IL 60451 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Lincoln-Way Central Knights basketball team scored a good 71-53 triumph over the Neuqua Valley Wildcats.
The Knights (18-8) will now prepare for their contest against Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL). The Vikings go into the SouthWest Suburban contest with a 22-2 record. In their last contest, Homewood-Flossmoor topped Lockport (Lockport, IL), 88-55, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Yorkville Christian Mustangs (Yorkville, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Neuqua Valley will attempt to better on its 14-10 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 17-8 record after their 90-44 non-league win over Schaumburg Christian (Schaumburg, IL).
