Connecticut High School Basketball - Bloomfield fells Berlin
February 2, 2023: Bloomfield, CT 06002 Bloomfield Warhawks (Bloomfield, CT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Berlin Redcoats (Berlin, CT), 61-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Bloomfield upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Warhawks travel to Weaver (Hartford, CT) to play the Beavers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Beavers go into the bout with a record of 12-2. Weaver won 72-25 in their recent league bout against University (Hartford, CT)
Next up, the Redcoats play the Platt Panthers (Meriden, CT) in a Central Connecticut - South Colonial bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Berlin will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 12-3 record after their 64-56 non-league loss to Newtown (Newtown, CT).
