Arizona High School Basketball - BASIS - Scottsdale crushes West Phoenix
February 2, 2023: Phoenix, AZ 85019 BASIS - Scottsdale Bulldogs (Scottsdale, AZ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host West Phoenix Eagles (Phoenix, AZ), 61-31 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, BASIS - Scottsdale upgrades its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Heritage Academy Gateway (Queen Creek, AZ) to play the Heroes in a Canyon Division 2 - Sahuaro bout on Friday, February 3. The Heroes come into the bout with a record of 2-3. Heritage Academy Gateway lost 51-25 in their recent non-league bout against Maricopa Institute of Technology (Phoenix, AZ)
Next up, the Eagles play the Heritage Academy Gateway Heroes (Queen Creek, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 6. West Phoenix will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Heroes come into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 49-41 league loss to BASIS - Scottsdale (Scottsdale, AZ).
