New Mexico High School Basketball - West Mesa fells Del Norte
February 2, 2023: Albuquerque, NM 87121 West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Del Norte Knights (Albuquerque, NM), 43-32 in a non-league bout.
With the win, West Mesa upgrades its record to 4-8 on the season. The Mustangs host La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM) to clash with the Bears in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 8-2. La Cueva won 35-33 in their recent non-league bout against Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM)
Next up, the Knights clash with the Bernalillo Spartans (Bernalillo, NM) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Del Norte will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record.
