The Haxtun Fightin' Bulldogs basketball team (Haxtun, CO), was nudged 56-52 in Friday's league battle with the host Caliche Buffaloes (Iliff, CO)

The Buffaloes now possess a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wiggins for a 3A/2A Lower Platte battle on Saturday, February 3. Caliche will confront a Tigers team coming off a 79-48 league loss to Yuma (Yuma, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 6-8.
