February 2, 2024: Atlanta, GA 30331 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Mays Raiders (Atlanta, GA) and the visiting Chapel Hill Panthers (Douglasville, GA), saw Mays's basketball squad overcome Chapel Hill by a tally of 76-64.
With the victory, Mays improves its record to 15-6 on the campaign. The Raiders host Midtown (Atlanta, GA) to play the Knights in a AAAAA Region 5 challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 7-15. Midtown lost 64-56 in their recent league challenge against Tri-Cities (East Point, GA)
Next up, the Panthers play the Lithia Springs Lions (Lithia Springs, GA) in a AAAAA Region 5 challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Chapel Hill will attempt to improve on its 16-7 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 13-10 record after their 43-42 league win over Banneker (College Park, GA).
